I began my journey in real estate investing much like most investors… wholesaling, rehabs, rentals, and turnkey properties.
I found out fast that flipping houses wasn’t the real way to build wealth. Turns out, multi-family investing is easier, safer, and way more profitable than single-family homes. So, I switched to commercial properties and, over the last 10 years, picked up more than 6,000 units. Now I get tax-free cash up front, monthly income, built-in equity, and long-term appreciation. I learned all this the hard way—no books, no courses, just trial and error. But you don’t have to. You can jump right to the good stuff and get results faster with what I’ve learned.
My company, Legacy Wealth Holdings, has been a trailblazer in the commercial real estate investment world since we started in 2009. Our goal is to help as many people as possible achieve Legacy Wealth through commercial real estate investing. To date, we’ve:
