MONDAY: Acquisitions & Marketing
If you haven’t spent any time with Burton, get ready for a ride. Nick is high energy, and is relentless when it comes to finding the best deals for Legacy Wealth Holdings to act on, whether they are on- or off-market.
Nick will be able to evaluate your deal finding strategies, and will pull no punches. He will tell you what he thinks is working, and what you should be adjusting to achieve your goals.
Nick has been compensated five-figures for one day one-on-one consults in the past. He will guide you over these next two days at a fraction of the price.
TUESDAY: Operations & Managment
COO, Matt Carlin, answering questions about project management, property management, asset management, operations, etc.
Dating back to 2009, Matt owned and operated a single-family investing company in Cleveland, OH and in a partnership with Keller Williams realty, he developed and operated one of the largest residential property management companies in Greater Cleveland. Matt manages the daily operations and mentors staff and JV partners to keep projects running smoothly. Matt is the “integrator” who focuses on turning projects into high-performance assets.
WEDNESDAY: Raising Capital
Fadi Boumitri may not have believed ten years ago how heavily involved he would be in the real estate investing world. A lawyer by trade, Fadi attended a Mastermind (at Tim Bratz’s insistence) for the first time in January 2017. The rest is history.
Fadi eventually joined the team at Legacy Wealth Holdings full time, and along with Tim, has raised $150 million for real estate investing deals. Now considered a “recovering attorney” Fadi has poured fuel on the investing fire, continuing to raise money for deals in the pipeline, as well as providing expert advice for those looking to follow in his footsteps.
THURSDAY: Human Resources
HR Director, Scott Hanis, answering questions about team building, core values, organizational charts, KPIs/SMART goals, hiring, firing, employee benefits, team management, etc.
Scott Hanis is the founder of Fortitude HR Solutions. He has successfully led multiple turnarounds and organizational development successes during his career. Scott has overseen the Human Resources operations for over 1100 employees. He has a tremendous amount of experience with building high performing teams, talent acquisition/management, and developing performance management systems.
FRIDAY: Tim or Special Guest
Tim Bratz is the CEO of Legacy Wealth Holdings, a real estate investing company that currently has 350 million dollars worth of assets under ownership.
Tim’s philosophy has always been that wealth is like sunshine. There’s plenty for everyone, and you getting sunshine takes none away from anyone else. He educates out of that principle: that the best way to get other people to achieve their goals, is to be very upfront with what has worked and hasn’t worked for his team. No secrets, no holds barred.
On Fridays, you may find Tim on the call talking about mindset or goal setting, or maybe a guest discussing different aspects of lifestyle entrepreneurship.
