MEET YOUR COACHES

Tim Bratz is the CEO of Legacy Wealth Holdings, a real estate investing company that currently has 350 million dollars worth of assets under ownership. 

Tim and the team are always raising capital, but Tim’s true passion over the years has evolved into educating people in the real estate investing space. 

Tim’s philosophy has always been that wealth is like sunshine. There’s plenty for everyone, and you getting sunshine takes none away from anyone else. He educates out of that principle: that the best way to get other people to achieve their goals, is to be very upfront with what has worked and hasn’t worked for his team. No secrets, no holds barred.

Growing up, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER MATT CARLIN was frequently given personal development/real estate books from his uncle as Christmas & birthday presents. At the time, it was the equivalent of receiving socks. Later in life, all of that knowledge paid off.

Matt and Tim Bratz began doing one-off deals in 2011, with Matt coming on full-time in 2015. Matt currently oversees management of 2,800 doors, and has managed over 4,000 doors at one time in his role as COO.
 
Matt has built the systems and processes for Legacy Wealth Holdings from the ground up, and has taught hundreds of operators how to do the same. Matt currently lives in Cleveland with his wife Emily and their daughter Leighton.
 
And he still has those books from his uncle. 
It’s hard for CHIEF HR OFFICER SCOTT HANIS to pinpoint when exactly he felt his calling to be an HR professional. WHat he does know is that he’s always had a passion to help other people.
 
Scott believes that the mark of a true human resources professional balances the needs and wants of any given corporation with those of the employee. An equal concern for both allows true harmony in the workplace, leading to the best possible results.
 
Starting in the corporate world, Scott estimates that he’s conducted over 10,000 interviews and filled over 1,000 positions in his career, including since 2019 when he started his own HR firm, Fortitude HR Solutions. Scott prides himself in creating a direct ROI for companies by putting the right people in the right positions, allowing for exponential growth to occur. 
 
Scott and his wife Laura along with their son Alexander live in Cleveland.
